1. You describe the job
You tell us roughly what needs doing — a general clean, moss removal, gutter clearing, or something you're not sure about — and where the property is.
2. We pass it to one local installer
Your enquiry is forwarded to one local installer covering Basingstoke and the surrounding area. We are not that installer, and we don't carry out any roof work ourselves.
3. The installer contacts you directly
From that point on, you deal with the installer directly. They should look at the job, and if they can quote remotely they will, but for most roof work a written quote should follow an actual look at the roof rather than a guess over the phone.
4. You decide whether to go ahead
There's no obligation to accept any quote. We'd encourage getting more than one written quote if you can, and checking any installer's credentials and insurance yourself before agreeing to work — we don't vet installers' insurance or qualifications on their behalf.
